Herewith the terms for exchanges:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement product, refund or credit to be used for a different purchase.

• All return requests must be received within 14 days of delivery. E-mail us at info@tangoods.com with your request and we will respond to your request.
• Products returned that are not in the new, unused or original condition, will not be eligible.
• You are welcome to ship the item back to us or you can deliver it in person to one of our outlets. When shipping your item, please ensure you use a reputable courier company and insure the package as we cannot be held responsible for any losses.
• Promotional, sample or custom made purchases will not be eligible for returns.
• Once your product is received, please allow 7 business days for processing.

All TAN Leather Goods products have a Lifetime guarantee!

All of our products remain under a guarantee for life (please see our T’s & C’s page for more information). Simply e-mail photo of the item to info@tangoods.com – and we will respond with the procedure.
