If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement product or credit to be used for a different purchase.
Herewith the terms for exchanges:
- All exchange requests must be received within 14 days of your purchase. E-mail us at [email protected] with your request and we will respond to your request.
- Products returned that are not in the new, unused or original condition, will not be eligible for exchange.
- You are welcome to ship the item back to us or you can deliver it in person to one of our outlets. When shipping your item, please ensure you use a reputable courier company and insure the package as we cannot be held responsible for any losses.
- Promotional, sample or custom made purchases will not be eligible for exchanges.
- Once your product is received, please allow 7 business days for processing.
