Return and exchange policy (for unwanted products)

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement product or credit to be used for a different purchase. Herewith the terms for exchanges:

  • All exchange requests must be received within 14 days of your purchase. E-mail us at [email protected] with your request and we will respond to your request.
  • Products returned that are not in the new, unused or original condition, will not be eligible for exchange.
  • You are welcome to ship the item back to us or you can deliver it in person to one of our outlets. When shipping your item, please ensure you use a reputable courier company and insure the package as we cannot be held responsible for any losses.
  • Promotional, sample or custom made purchases will not be eligible for exchanges.
  • Once your product is received, please allow 7 business days for processing.

Warranty (for defective products)

All TAN Leather Goods products have a standard 1-year warranty. We will replace, exchange (credit for different purchase) or refund any leather product if it has a manufacturing fault.  All refund requests must be received within 14 days of your purchase. Upon inspection, we will confirm if we will replace or exchange the item. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We will arrange for pick-up and drop-off through our courier service only after the outstanding amount has been received. E-mail us your request, together with a description and photo of the item (if possible) to [email protected] – and we will respond with the procedure.
